At Babiators, we want your little ones to love their shades as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn products. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we've got you covered with simple processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
